Enter your data in the forms and please be sure to have information in the fields that are marked with an asterix.  The height and diameter are requested in units of metres (1 metre = 3.28 feet = 39.37 inches = 100 cm ) so please convert to those units. (Instruction on measurements)

We would also like to have a picture to post with your data. At least an image of the full tree in a digital .jpg file. The image size should be 480 pixels, or more a little more, high. A second image of the trunk closer up with a person or object for scale adds to the pleasure of see the tree.
